**Requisitos necessários**:

- Experiência como Customer Success;
- Conhecimento em Planejamento Estratégico digital
- Entendimento dos diversos canais de mídia digitais
- Noção de gerenciamento de redes sociais e wordpress;
- Aptidão com gestão de pessoas
- Habilidade de organização, comunicação e gerenciamento do tempo;
**Requisitos desejáveis**:

- Facilidade em lidar com números, sistemas, planilhas, análise de dados e elaboração de apresentações e relatórios;
- Metodologia ágil de trabalho agrega e muito;
**Principais atribuições**:

- Garantir uma boa performance do time de marketing digital
- Acompanhar constantemente indicadores de produtividade
- Buscar soluções criativas e estratégicas, garantindo resultado para os clientes;
- Gerir internamente as demandas e necessidades dos clientes garantindo o cumprimeto dos prazos;
- Elaborar briefings para o time;
- Planejar, estruturar e coordenar ações para os clientes;
- Criar e aprovar planejamento estratégico digital;
- Manter um bom relacionamento com os clientes;
- Coordenar e administrar os procedimentos relativos às rotinas do time de marketing digital;
- Aprovar internamente as entregas e submeter à aprovação externa;
- Gestão de crises;
- Fazer benchmarking para melhoria contínua das entregas.
