**Responsabilidades**:

- Desenvolver e implementar estratégias de vendas de Inbound Sales para atingir metas de receita e crescimento.
- Liderar, treinar e desenvolver uma equipe de profissionais de vendas de Inbound Sales.
- Monitorar o desempenho da equipe, fornecer feedback construtivo e criar planos de desenvolvimento individual.
- Colaborar com outros departamentos, como Marketing e Atendimento ao Cliente, para otimizar a jornada do cliente.
- Analisar dados e métricas de vendas para identificar oportunidades de melhoria e tendências de mercado.
- Fornecer relatórios regulares sobre o desempenho da equipe e resultados das vendas.

**Requisitos**:

- Experiência comprovada em vendas de Inbound Sales, preferencialmente em um cargo de liderança.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicação verbal e escrita.
- Capacidade de liderar e motivar uma equipe.
- Conhecimento de técnicas de vendas, estratégias de Inbound Sales e metodologias como o Inbound Marketing.
- Habilidades analíticas para interpretar dados de vendas e métricas.
- Foco em metas e resultados.
- Capacidade de colaboração e trabalho em equipe.
- Conhecimento em ferramentas e plataformas de CRM (Customer Relationship Management).
- Vivência em Inbound Sales em qualquer segmento

**Desejável**:

- Certificação em Inbound Marketing.
- Experiência em setores relacionados ao nosso mercado-alvo.
- Conhecimento em automação de marketing e vendas.
- Habilidade em gestão de projetos.
- Capacidade de adaptação a mudanças e inovação.
