Join our team of experienced engineers as we seek a skilled Highway Engineer to work on various transportation projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in transportation engineering and be proficient in using CAD software such as MicroStation and Open Roads Designer.

About the Role">

This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary and opportunities for career growth and development. As a Highway Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and managing highway and road projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.

  • Work closely with project managers and design teams to deliver high-quality projects;
  • Develop and implement efficient project plans and schedules;
  • Analyze traffic flow and other factors to optimize highway designs;
  • Manage and coordinate with contractors and suppliers to ensure timely completion of projects;
Requirements">

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field;
  • 5+ years of experience in transportation engineering, preferably with PennDOT or PTC projects;
  • Strong knowledge of CAD software, including MicroStation and Open Roads Designer;
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills;
  • A valid professional engineer (PE) license;
