We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to spearhead enterprise software sales initiatives in Latin America, focusing on DevOps and data management sectors.
Geographic focus is on Brazil with potential for expansion throughout the region, including Mexico and other strategic markets.
- Foster collaborative relationships with channel partners and internal teams
- Guide and mentor team members to optimize performance and advance career development
- Build and lead a high-performing enterprise sales organization
- Define strategic direction and objectives while enabling team autonomy in execution
- Create comprehensive go-to-market approaches leveraging direct sales and channel partnerships
- Navigate complex enterprise sales processes within the business software landscape
- Cultivate executive leadership and technical stakeholder relationships
- Drive sophisticated enterprise sales cycles involving significant transaction values
The ideal candidate will have a track record of consistently surpassing sales objectives, 10+ years of enterprise software sales experience in Latin American markets, and expertise in managing complex technical solution sales to enterprise accounts.
- Expertise in DevOps, data management, and enterprise software platforms
- Understanding of enterprise security and compliance frameworks
- Background selling SaaS/enterprise software to IT and business stakeholders
- Proficiency with B2B sales methodologies and CRM systems
Key Requirements:
- Strong analytical capabilities with sales forecasting and pipeline management experience
- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities
- Collaborative leadership approach emphasizing team enablement
- Fluency in Portuguese and/or Spanish, with English proficiency
