The Customer Experience Specialist will be responsible for managing daily correspondence, responding to inquiries, and processing reservations. They will also be expected to create and maintain reservation records, communicate with the front desk, and monitor advance deposit requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily correspondence and respond to inquiries and reservations
  • Create and maintain reservation records
  • Communicate with the front desk
  • Monitor advance deposit requirements
  • Process cancellations and modifications
  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Support sales with reservations requests
  • Gather information about areas of interest to target more clients in special seasons
  • Making arrangements for clients' travel programs

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in call center or hospitality industry
  • Excellent attention to small details
  • Intermediate-advanced Excel and Powerpoint Skills and other presentations tools
  • Passionate about challenges
  • Customer Service skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • English and Spanish advanced
