Customer Support Specialist for Global Finance

Job Description
We're seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team in São Paulo, Brazil. As a key member of our support team, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch assistance to our Portuguese and English-speaking customers via various social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support on social media channels, including X, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube
- Engage with customers to solve problems, build community, and promote brand awareness
- Stay up-to-date on social media processes and applications, exploring new ways to leverage them for customer benefit
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Fluency in Portuguese and proficiency in English, both verbally and written
- Previous experience in high-volume customer support online or public content management
- Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities
- A passion for helping others and a growth-oriented mindset

- A competitive salary of 5,670 BRL per month, plus benefits and RSUs
- A flexible working model, with 6 days a week, 6-hour days, 36 hours per week
