Territory Manager

Position Overview:
In this pivotal role, you will report directly to the Brazil Business Head, steering the team to advance the business objectives in Brazil aligned with the overarching company strategy.
- Drive business expansion within the Brazilian market.
- Forge robust relationships with distributors, commercial partners, and key agencies.
- Provide strategic guidance to optimize brand presence and product lifecycle opportunities.
- Facilitate the integration and launch of new products while maximizing growth potential.
- Oversee financial management and budgetary responsibilities.
- Enhance commercial capabilities and infrastructure, ensuring adherence to local regulations, and strengthening connections with payers, stakeholders, and customers to support market access and pricing & reimbursement activities.
- Act as the representative of Hoymiles with significant stakeholders in the region.
- Lead Alliance Management efforts, nurturing business relationships with distributors and partners to ensure alignment with KPIs and strategic objectives for the product portfolio.
- Deliver business updates and conduct performance evaluations with partners.
- Develop comprehensive marketing and sales plans, monitor monthly sales performance against budget, and coordinate marketing initiatives and brand campaigns.
- Supervise the onboarding process for new product acquisitions.
- Provide guidance and support to the Business Development Manager in China, facilitating the management of global or local product acquisition and new product development projects.
- Contribute to the pipeline by generating business cases and maintaining high engagement with local partners to further business development.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in relevant fields.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the solar sector.
- Strong business acumen and management capabilities.
