Position Overview:

In this pivotal role, you will report directly to the Brazil Business Head, steering the team to advance the business objectives in Brazil aligned with the overarching company strategy.


  • Drive business expansion within the Brazilian market.
  • Forge robust relationships with distributors, commercial partners, and key agencies.
  • Provide strategic guidance to optimize brand presence and product lifecycle opportunities.
  • Facilitate the integration and launch of new products while maximizing growth potential.
  • Oversee financial management and budgetary responsibilities.
  • Enhance commercial capabilities and infrastructure, ensuring adherence to local regulations, and strengthening connections with payers, stakeholders, and customers to support market access and pricing & reimbursement activities.
  • Act as the representative of Hoymiles with significant stakeholders in the region.
  • Lead Alliance Management efforts, nurturing business relationships with distributors and partners to ensure alignment with KPIs and strategic objectives for the product portfolio.
  • Deliver business updates and conduct performance evaluations with partners.
  • Develop comprehensive marketing and sales plans, monitor monthly sales performance against budget, and coordinate marketing initiatives and brand campaigns.
  • Supervise the onboarding process for new product acquisitions.
  • Provide guidance and support to the Business Development Manager in China, facilitating the management of global or local product acquisition and new product development projects.
  • Contribute to the pipeline by generating business cases and maintaining high engagement with local partners to further business development.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in relevant fields.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the solar sector.
  • Strong business acumen and management capabilities.
