  1. Business Development: Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within your designated territory, while overseeing the marketing department and spearheading international business initiatives.
  2. Market Analysis: Conduct regular market and customer research to gather insights related to the photovoltaic sector. Stay abreast of market dynamics, analyze trends, and assess competitive landscapes to formulate actionable improvement strategies.
  3. Client Expansion: Focus on developing key client relationships and achieving breakthroughs in significant projects, particularly in integrated ground station scenarios. Strategically expand into international markets and guide various regions in crafting and executing effective sales plans.
  4. Process Optimization: Participate in the design and enhancement of sales project workflows, refining strategies, and standardizing marketing and risk management processes.

Qualifications:
