Team Overview:

The Partner Management Hub (PMH) is a worldwide collective of skilled professionals who manage partner relationships remotely, utilizing a digital-first approach to enhance the performance of the SAP Ecosystem on a large scale. We oversee the comprehensive business relationship with SAP Partners and manage performance throughout the indirect Customer Value Journey, which includes Sales, Post Sales, Transformation, and Innovation.

Candidate Profile:

We seek an individual who demonstrates initiative, resilience, and a thirst for knowledge. You thrive on engaging in significant innovative projects and are motivated by continuous learning.

  • Proficient in Spanish and Advanced English;
  • Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Sales, Communication, or related fields; MBA preferred;
  • Results-driven with robust leadership capabilities (both with and without direct authority);
  • Familiarity with Market Dynamics & IT Competitors;
  • Understanding of cloud solutions in a B2B context;
  • Experience in Account, Opportunity, and Territory Management;
  • Proficient in New Business Development/Prospecting;
  • Able to influence without direct authority;
  • Proactive and collaborative team player;
  • Capable of engaging with multiple teams across diverse regions;
  • Strong Analytical Skills.

Professional Experience:

  • Substantial experience in IT business functions and related areas (Sales, Customer Service, Consulting);
  • Experience in a partner-facing capacity;
  • Experience working with Alliances is highly advantageous;
  • Familiarity with SAP Products is a plus.

Key Responsibilities and Learning Opportunities:

  • Oversee and be accountable for partner business performance, including business plans, demand generation, sales, delivery, solution adoption, and renewals;
  • Act as the primary contact for developing the partner relationship with SAP, managing all interactions to drive partner investments and growth in SAP's solutions portfolio;
  • Foster active and long-term relationships with partners across all roles (executives, sales, marketing, technical, etc.), staying informed about organizational changes and the evolving SAP landscape;
  • Comprehend the partner's business model, economics, and key drivers influencing their decisions;
  • Execute joint annual business planning with partners to ensure effective Sales, Marketing, and Enablement strategies;
  • Share relevant best practices for demand generation and pipeline development;
  • Assist partners in expanding their SAP footprint to include innovative solutions in their pipeline and demand generation strategies;
  • Monitor partner demand generation plans to align with SAP's current market messaging;
  • Facilitate partner enablement to promote self-sufficiency from demand generation to deal closure;
  • Manage the utilization of SAP resources (i.e., Pre-Sales, Training, Services, etc.) effectively;
  • Communicate the SAP portfolio in terms of customer and partner value propositions.
