Position Overview:
Our client, Black Pearl, a leading player in the automotive sector, is on the lookout for a skilled and committed Automotive Sales Area Manager. This role is crucial for driving sales initiatives and fostering relationships within the automotive industry.

Key Responsibilities:
Formulate both long-term and short-term sales strategies to establish profitable and enduring partnerships with OEMs, National Sales Companies, Importers, Distributors, and Dealerships. Conduct monthly and quarterly sales forecasting to ensure effective execution of the sales plan. Meet and exceed designated sales targets for our product offerings within the specified territory while adhering to the allocated expense budget and driving new product sales initiatives. Identify and cultivate new business opportunities while nurturing existing accounts by leveraging product, process, and application expertise to create a successful sales strategy. Engage in networking and gather competitive intelligence to provide management with valuable market insights. Collaborate internally with Designers and Product Engineers to communicate new product concepts. The position encompasses commercial, operational, project management, customer service, aftersales, and financial responsibilities across the business vertical. Serve as the primary point of contact within the territory for all company-related matters, including Sales, Technical Support, Customer Service, Aftersales, Warranty, Finance, and Logistics.
