Role Objective:

Drive the expansion of Quectel's market presence in Latin America across Short Range, Smart Modules, PCBA, and ODM project lines. This role emphasizes comprehensive market analysis, the acquisition of new verticals and customers, and the support of Regional Sales Managers in integrating these product lines into the existing customer base.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess customer needs and expectations to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Facilitate product updates, training sessions, and customer presentations.
  • Monitor account designs within the product lines in the regional sales funnel.
  • Educate our sales team and distributor partners on product offerings and track opportunities.
  • Compile a monthly report for Latin America detailing leads, technical evaluations, meeting agendas, and roadmap discussions.
  • Organize and schedule roadmap meetings to align on strategic initiatives.
  • Utilize Salesforce CRM to manage customer relationships and ensure the accuracy of information within the organization.
  • Attend trade shows to network and gather information on accounts and products utilizing cellular modules.
