About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Customer Support Center Agent to join our team at General Motors. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and effective support to customers through various communication channels;
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner;
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues;
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and technical information to provide accurate and helpful support;
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field;
  • Previous experience in customer support or a related field (desired);
  • Advanced proficiency in English and Spanish (desired);
  • Intermediate level of proficiency in Microsoft Office.
