Talent Development Specialist

The primary focus of this role is to coordinate professional staffing efforts and manage a team of consultants. This includes developing strategies for optimal consultant utilization, analyzing project requirements, and coordinating with stakeholders to identify talent gaps.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Talent Planning:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize consultant utilization and improve project outcomes.
- Conduct regular analysis of project requirements and consultant capacity to ensure effective resource allocation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify talent gaps and develop strategies to address them.
- Project Staffing Coordination:
- Coordinate with project teams to understand staffing needs and develop strategies to meet those needs.
- Collect and analyze data on consultant availability, skills, and performance to inform staffing decisions.
- Communicate effectively with consultants, project teams, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Consultant Development and Performance Management:
- Work closely with consultants to understand their career goals, development needs, and performance objectives.
- Develop and implement customized training programs to enhance consultant skills and knowledge.
- Monitor consultant performance and provide feedback to improve their productivity and overall job satisfaction.
- Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Analyze data on consultant performance, project outcomes, and other relevant metrics to inform business decisions.
- Develop and maintain reports to track key performance indicators and provide insights to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with other teams to integrate data and analytics into decision-making processes.
