About the Role

The Partner Sales Manager position is a key account management role that involves managing a portfolio of partner agents. The primary objective is to build and maintain strong relationships with the agents to position Study Group as the preferred provider of Higher Education programs.

This includes achieving sales targets and various key performance indicators (KPIs) while fostering a collaborative partnership with the network of agents. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales account plans, managing pipelines, and working closely with product sales and marketing teams to understand market trends and opportunities for student recruitment.

About You

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual with native Portuguese language skills and fluency in English. Preferred fluency in Spanish is also an asset. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B or channel sales, with experience in international education systems and CRM tools.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines and targets are essential.
