Job Title

Labor and union relations specialists play a critical role in ensuring that an organization's labor policies align with government regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage collective bargaining negotiations to maintain strong relationships with unions and labor authorities.
  • Ensure compliance with labor agreements and provide guidance on legal matters.
  • Monitor legislative changes and update internal policies accordingly.
  • Provide support to HR and leadership teams on labor strategies, disciplinary actions, and organizational changes.
  • Track labor signals, update dashboards, and report potential risks to headquarters.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
  • Postgraduate studies in Labor Law or Labor Relations are preferred.
  • Solid experience in labor relations within industrial or global environments is necessary.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, union structures, and eSocial systems is essential.
  • Familiarity with labor court procedures and inspections is also required.
  • Experience with labor metrics, compliance reporting, and cost management is beneficial.
  • Advanced English skills are mandatory.
