Job Summary
The Regional Sales Manager for Brazil will be responsible for leading the sales team in the Brazilian market. This role will involve implementing and controlling business plans, building long-term relationships with customers, and driving sales growth in the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives in the Brazilian market.
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to ensure they are meeting their sales targets and providing excellent customer service.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners in the Brazilian market.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Brazilian market.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns to support sales efforts in the Brazilian market.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably in a leadership role.

Fluent in English and Portuguese.
