
Specialist in Business Development and Sales

Responsabilidades:
- Prospectar Novos Clientes: Identificar potenciais clientes através de pesquisa, networking e contato direto.
- Agendar Reuniões: Marcar apresentações e demonstrações de produtos/serviços para os vendedores responsáveis.
- Colaborar com Marketing: Fornecer feedback sobre campanhas de marketing e ajudar a desenvolver estratégias para gerar leads qualificados.
- Manter CRM Atualizado: Registrar todas as interações com leads e clientes no sistema de CRM (RD Station).
- Pesquisa de Mercado: Manter-se atualizado sobre tendências de mercado, concorrência e necessidades dos clientes potenciais.
- Relatórios de Desempenho: Preparar relatórios periódicos sobre atividades, resultados e eficácia das campanhas.

- Habilidades de Comunicação: Excelentes habilidades verbais e escritas para se comunicar de forma clara, persuasiva e profissional.
- Orientação para Resultados: Capacidade comprovada de atingir metas e objetivos de vendas.
- Persistência e Resiliência: Capacidade de lidar com a rejeição e continuar buscando oportunidades.
- Capacidade de Pesquisa: Habilidade para conduzir pesquisas eficazes sobre prospects e entender suas necessidades.
- Colaboração: Bom trabalho em equipe e capacidade de colaborar efetivamente com outras áreas, especialmente Vendas e Marketing.
- Conhecimento Técnico: Familiaridade com ferramentas de produtividade, como o RD Station e Trello, são bem vindas;
- Ambição e Motivação: Desejo de crescer e progredir em uma carreira de vendas.
