Sr. Onsite Support Engineers play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless technology operations for clients, fostering trust and reliability in our partnerships.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee multiple high-risk technology areas, integrating technical expertise with business acumen to devise innovative solutions that drive growth and excellence.
- Deliver strategic account support by upholding advanced technical and operational prowess, staying abreast of industry dynamics to ensure timely adaptation.
- Evaluate support plans based on business indicators and align them with service solutions that cater to customer needs.
- Cultivate and expand relationships with complex customer accounts, driving business expansion and development.
- Act as trusted advisor and consultant, providing expert guidance on service delivery and operational strategies.
- Design and execute support solutions, leading comprehensive solution planning, execution, and management that meet customer expectations.
- Develop and present Value Based Delivery (VBD) account plans tailored to specific accounts and manage customer expectations through effective communication.
- Contribute to operational methods and initiatives impacting business strategies within a geographic area, promoting collaboration and efficiency.
- Four-year or Graduate Degree in Computer Science or related field, or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence in software engineering and IT systems.
- 7-10 years of work experience in Customer base, account management, computer customer support, on-site customer support, Mission Critical systems experience, or a related field.
- ITIL Certification demonstrating expertise in service management and quality control.
- Automation tools, Chemical processes, Commissioning techniques, Electrical Engineering principles, Electromechanics, Electronics, Environment Health And Safety protocols, Field Service Management methodologies, Hand Tools, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), Operating Systems, Preventive Maintenance practices, Process Improvement strategies, Safety Standards, Technical Services, Technical Support, Technical Training, Test Equipment.
