Eaton's Latin America and Caribbean Division is seeking a Sales Manager (Electrical Market) to lead our sales efforts in the region.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and expand our customer base in the electrical market.

• Manage and lead a team of sales representatives and application engineers to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including panel builders, machinery OEMs, distributors, and selected end-users.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales training programs, marketing initiatives, and product launches.

• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

• Develop and manage sales budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics to ensure alignment with business objectives.

• Stay up-to-date with industry developments, market trends, and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.

**Requirements:**

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Proven sales experience, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets and building customer relationships.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.

• Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.

• Experience working in the electrical market, with a strong understanding of industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
