Job Summary

The Sales Development Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing strategic partnerships in the assigned region. This role will require strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve business objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and retail customers
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies
  • Provide coaching and training to sales staff to improve performance
  • Manage sales budgets and forecasts to ensure accurate financial planning
Requirements
  • 5+ years of sales experience in a retail, wholesaler, or distributor sales environment
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, or Finance
  • Demonstrated track record of sales achievement in a hands-on sales environment
  • Proven knowledge of wholesalers, distributors, and retail customers
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to establish good relationships and credibility with customers and wholesalers
  • Ability to collaborate at all levels
  • Proficiency using Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Fluent in English language
