Team Overview:

The service and support division delivers ongoing technological assistance and services to SAP clients. They follow up post-sales, ensure client satisfaction, provide insights on product performance and maintenance challenges, and more. This role offers a unique chance to contribute to a team that supports SAP clients while interfacing between customers and technical support globally.

Your Responsibilities:

Position: SAP iXp Intern - Critical Incident Management

In this role, you will:

  • Act as a globally accessible escalation point for current customer incidents.
  • Assist consultants in effective issue resolution and facilitate internal communication.
  • Address process gaps to ensure consistent and reliable handling of critical customer incidents.
  • Provide visibility to customers and internal stakeholders regarding action plans for resolving critical incidents.
  • Offer feedback for future process enhancements.
  • Engage in internal projects driven by organizational needs.

Candidate Profile:

We seek individuals who demonstrate initiative, resilience, and curiosity. You are passionate about working on impactful projects and are motivated by continuous learning.

  • Proficient communication skills in both Portuguese and English, both written and spoken.
  • Undergraduate students in technology, business, or related fields are preferred.
  • Basic understanding of one business or technology area.
  • Familiarity with IT and standard software (e.g., MS Office).
  • Knowledge of business processes is advantageous.
  • Customer-focused with strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Adaptable approach to teamwork and various environments.
  • Advanced English proficiency; Spanish is a plus.
