Overview of the SAP Internship Experience Program:

The SAP Internship Experience Program is a global, compensated internship initiative designed for university students seeking meaningful career experiences.

Your Responsibilities:

Position Title: SAP iXp Intern – Talent Acquisition

The intern will support various operational functions, primarily focused on attracting and recruiting students in line with SAP's strategy for Early Career Talent Acquisition. Key responsibilities include:

  • Engaging in local events across Brazil, such as career fairs, lectures, webinars, and both on-site and remote activities.
  • Participating in the complete recruitment cycle for local or remote roles as dictated by the company's needs.
  • Conducting intake meetings with Hiring Managers to align on candidate profiles and recruitment processes.
  • Posting job openings in the Recruiting Management (ATS) system and other relevant platforms.
  • Managing all phases of the recruitment process through the RCM system.
  • Assisting in the development and maintenance of the candidate pipeline, including pre-screening resumes, conducting phone interviews, extending verbal job offers, and processing formal offers.
  • Providing support to Hiring Managers and candidates regarding the recruitment process.
  • Assisting University Ambassador groups in Brazil.
