About The Role And ResponsibilitiesWe are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Large Scale Change Specialist. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in helping drive large scale change that spans business units and geographies.
Key Skills And Qualifications- Graduation in Computer Science or related field
- 4-6 years of experience leading Agile projects
- Possess passion and interest in digital disruption drivers, both from client and organizational perspectives
- Proven experience in conducting Agile transformations from design to implementation (Agile transformation roadmap, Scrum master, operational models etc.)
- Familiarity with engineering best practices (e.g., TDD, continuous integration, DevOps, etc.)
- Specialist in coaching on Agile topics to build high-performing teams and organizations
- Familiarity with Agile methods such as Scrum, Kanban, XP, LeSS, DaD, SAFe or others, and ability to apply pragmatically in context
- Experience in coaching and training individuals and teams on Agile concepts and practices
- Active in the Agile community, publishes articles, speaks at conferences, and contributes to Agile interest groups
- Strong technical and non-technical influence skills
- Fluent English
- Certification as a SAFe Program Consultant (SPC)
- Experience in change management practices (e.g., communication plan, adoption plan with change agents)
- Experience in implementing Lean Agile Center of Excellence (LACE) or similar
- Experience with Agile implementations outside of IT
