To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Excellent English language skills and expertise in various industries, functions, and methods.
- Many years of consulting experience and expertise as an executive or manager in top positions (C-level) on the client side.
- A winning personality with sovereignty, communication, and sales strength.
- Passion for quality and working in contact worlds and networks.
As a Global Business Partner, you will benefit from our corporate culture and have access to state-of-the-art system technologies required for top performance.
Each partner has specialisations in certain sectors, functions, search methods, etc. You will be exclusively the first point of contact for your clients in your country or region.
Your individual entrepreneurial performance will be protected in the best possible way, allowing you to focus on delivering exceptional results for your clients.
Split-fee partners receive international cross-border projects where they can divide the fee between themselves into a share for the acquiring partner and a share for the implementing/placing partner in the respective country.
