Key Responsibilities:

  1. Preventive Maintenance: Ensure machines are serviced and maintained according to manufacturer guidelines, guaranteeing optimal performance and minimizing downtime.
  2. Machine Accountability: Verify that all machines are in good working condition and functioning properly throughout production runs.
  3. Efficient Utilization: Maximize the use of downstream machines while reducing rejection rates and waste, contributing to the company's productivity goals.
  4. Machine Readiness: Check compressed air and energy power supply availability, and verify micro switches are active before starting machines.
  5. Preventive Maintenance Activities: Perform regular tasks as outlined in the preventive maintenance system, ensuring machines are well-maintained and running smoothly.
  6. Troubleshooting and Repair: Troubleshoot and repair or replace parts as needed to maintain machine efficiency and prevent downtime.
  7. Production Data Management: Safeguard and provide information about production runs, including parameters used and adjustments made for lubrication.
  8. Quality and Productivity Compliance: Ensure adherence to quality and productivity programs, including GMP and 5S standards.

Requirements:

  1. Education: College graduate of Electrical or Mechanical Technology, or a related technical field.
  2. Experience: At least 3 years of experience in operating and maintaining downstream machines, including labellers, shrink wrappers, palletizers, and stretch wrappers.

Work Schedule:

  1. 8-hour shift

Relocation Requirements:

  1. San Pablo City, Laguna: Ability to commute or relocate before starting work
