Transforming careers is at the heart of this exciting opportunity. As a highly motivated Sales Manager, you will be instrumental in driving business growth in Brazil through strategic partnerships and customer acquisition.

  • Develop an in-depth understanding of our products and services, enabling you to articulate their value and benefits to external audiences;
  • Identify new business opportunities and establish long-term, successful partnerships by effectively communicating our value proposition to prospective clients;
  • Collaborate with mid-level to senior executives at interested businesses to successfully negotiate and close deals, while ensuring seamless onboarding processes;
  • Partner with technology leaders and solution providers, as well as our Sales Support, Implementation, and Account Management teams.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in the payments industry or affiliated partner experience;
  • Proven track record in enterprise sales roles, selling complex solutions;
  • A high level of energy, love for networking, and ability to thrive in hands-on environments;
  • Excellent teamwork skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with global teams across different offices, roles, and cultures;
  • Strong analytical and strategic negotiation skills, with a commercially driven attitude and goal-oriented mindset;
  • Ability to execute time-sensitive tasks in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments;
  • Strategic negotiating and communication skills, with the ability to manage projects with little supervision;
  • At least 5 years of prior experience in sales hunter roles selling complex enterprise software, technical infrastructure, or financial services; plus experience in the payments industry is highly desirable.
