Business Growth Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Business Growth Representative to drive revenue expansion. As a Business Growth Representative, you will be responsible for identifying, penetrating, and cultivating new business opportunities in assigned regions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute pursuit strategies to acquire new clients
  • Conduct research on target accounts to gather intelligence and identify potential sales opportunities
  • Utilize CRM systems to manage and develop accounts and opportunities
  • Follow up on target account activities to develop qualified opportunities with high close rates
  • Understand and contribute to the development of strategic plans for various industry segments and accounts
  • Grow existing accounts in new divisions and departments to uncover new business prospects
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Ability to work fearlessly in cold calling new account targets
  • Proven ability to build relationships at all levels in an organization, mainly with C-level executives
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously
  • Proficient in using CRM systems, especially Salesforce
  • Ability to research and quickly translate information into action
  • Self-motivated and results-driven
Benefits:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering is beneficial but not required
  • 1-3 years of business development, inside sales, and/or direct selling experience
  • English proficiency is required, and Spanish proficiency is beneficial but not required
  • Proficient in using CRM systems, especially Salesforce
  • Experience with selling software is beneficial
