Key Responsibilities:
Manage incoming inquiries through phone calls, live chat, or email communications.
Address customer questions and concerns with professionalism and care.
Gain a thorough understanding of the company's offerings and effectively communicate them to clients.
Conduct market analysis to uncover potential sales opportunities and assess client requirements.
Maintain precise documentation and gather customer feedback and suggestions.
Ensure that exceptional service is consistently provided to all customers.
Assist in the preparation of reports for management review.
Offer comprehensive support and mentorship to junior staff and new team members.
Collaborate with the Department Head regarding any challenges or issues.

Qualifications:
Diploma in any discipline.
A minimum of 1 year of experience in Customer Service, Finance, Trading, or Sales-related roles is preferred.
Proficient in Portuguese and fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Experience in trading, investment, or finance is a plus.
Flexibility to work various shifts and the option for remote work.
