
Industry Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced individual to work closely with our sales and technical support teams to provide exceptional customer service.
- Manage allocated key accounts and regions, providing fast and effective exchange of commercial information between various departments.
- Work in cooperation with team members from Sales, Inside Sales, and technical support to resolve issues and find improvements to prevent those issues arising again.
- Interface with Supply Chain & Engineering to coordinate shipments of material to meet customers' requirements.
- Effective account management to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaboration with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve processes.
- Communication with Supply Chain & Engineering to facilitate smooth material delivery.
- A minimum of higher education qualifications.
- Previous experience in direct customer communication.
- Excellent spoken and written English language skills and Portuguese fluency.
- A high level of motivation and ability to work under pressure.
