About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Client Solutions Manager to join our Global Business Solutions team at TikTok. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building strong client relationships, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, providing them with tailored solutions to meet their business needs.
  • Revenue Growth: Work closely with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities, driving revenue growth and expansion.
  • Account Management: Manage and grow existing client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Marketplace Feedback: Share market feedback and insights with the product and engineering teams to inform product development and improve our advertising offerings.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of client solutions managers, providing guidance and support to help them improve and thrive.
Requirements
  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience in account management or client services roles in digital marketing.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience in managing key accounts in diverse industries, with a deep understanding of their challenges.
  • Team Management: Experience managing teams is a plus.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and identify insights to assess campaign performance.
  • Language Skills: Proficient in English and Portuguese.
