About This Role

We're seeking a skilled Account Success Professional to drive customer satisfaction, resolve issues and identify growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of customers (30-40)
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for new clients, leading onboarding calls and setting expectations
  • Provide technical first-line support and training
  • Elevate and manage second-line technical support to the technical team
  • Maintain clear and proactive communication across Slack and email
  • Serve as a trusted advisor - clients should see you as a partner in their success
Requirements
  • English Fluency - Strong written and verbal skills
  • Proven Client-Facing Experience - Background as a Client Success Manager or Technical Account Manager
  • PPC, Amazon Strategy, or Digital Marketing Knowledge - E-commerce experience is a plus
  • Strong Problem-Solving Skills - Tech Savvy
  • Project Management & Cross-Team Collaboration - Experience working with diverse teams
  • Attention to detail and accountability
  • Familiarity with Amazon brand management, SEO and inventory troubleshooting is a plus
