About the Role:
This is a unique opportunity to work as a Senior Manager of Amazon delivery experience, responsible for building strategic plans, designing and implementing projects/products, and tracking results to evolve Amazon business and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support and own the design and development of projects, working through all related dependencies with internal and external teams.
- Act as a connection between different teams to connect and converge different programs strategies to guarantee linearity on customer experience.
- Keep leadership well communicated about key project issues and actively work with responsible teams on identifying and solving paths to green.
- Create and lead plans, end to end, ensuring all business and operations teams have their goals created and delivered on time.
- Ensure the team is focused on the highest value activities and business issues that would be critical path for providing the best customer experience.
- Regularly poll the team in advance for their hot-points and create the appropriate agenda in weekly and monthly meetings.
- Support teams in BR needing help thinking through Operational problems (both business and technical).
About the Team:
This position is part of the Customer Fulfillment Experience Team in Amazon BR. Our mission is to delight our customers every time she/he shops with us ensuring a fast, affordable, comfortable and reliable delivery and returns experience.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience defining and executing program requirements
- Experience in program or project management
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- MBA in supply chain, business, engineering, finance or related technical or quantitative field
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience in complex problem solving, and working in a tight schedule environment
- Knowledge on Supply chain and/or delivery experience
