About World Business Lenders (WBL):

World Business Lenders (WBL) specializes in providing general purpose short-term commercial loans secured by real estate to a diverse clientele of small and medium-sized enterprises across the United States that may not have access to conventional financing options.

WBL operates as a fully remote organization, allowing flexibility in the workplace.

This position is a remote Contract/Consultant role. Standard working hours are from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, although additional hours may be required based on business needs. Proficiency in both spoken and written English is essential. Resumes must be submitted in English.

Position Overview:

We are in search of a motivated and results-oriented Commercial Loan Sales Consultant to enhance our sales team. The ideal candidate should have a strong enthusiasm for sales, a commitment to customer service, and a dedication to providing an outstanding experience for our clients. This role demands excellent communication abilities, a positive demeanor, and the capacity to excel in a dynamic work environment.

Work Schedule: Please note that the working days for this role are Wednesday through Sunday each week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interact with clients in a welcoming and approachable manner, offering product details, support, and suggestions to fulfill their requirements.
  • Proactively reach out to clients to drive sales and achieve or surpass sales objectives.
  • Acquire a comprehensive understanding of the company's offerings, procedures, and policies.
  • Serve as a communication bridge between the Sales Manager and internal Operations teams as necessary.
  • Engage in additional projects and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Fluency in English, with outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in Sales, particularly in roles such as Account Executive or similar positions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint; familiarity with Teams is preferred.
  • A positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
  • A proactive mindset and a strong work ethic.
  • Availability to work on Saturdays and Sundays is required.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Contract/Consultancy position.
  • 11 paid holidays in the United States.
  • Compensation structure includes base salary plus commission.
  • Designated working days: Wednesday to Sunday.
