Job Overview

We are seeking an IT Support Specialist to join our team at Cognizant. This role involves working directly with clients to resolve technical issues and provide top-notch support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To collaborate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to identify and resolve technical problems.
  • To conduct root cause analysis of incidents to ensure timely resolution.
  • To develop solutions for systems under their responsibility and engage with suppliers for third-party package improvements.
  • To maintain compliance with legal requirements and system improvements.
  • To update environments and track progress on improvement/correction deploys.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Advanced English language proficiency.
  • Background with Level 3 support experience.
  • Strong programming skills in Java, Python, or .Net for debugging and maintenance.
  • Proficiency in SQL.
  • Familiarity with ITIL methodology.
