IT Support Specialist with Expertise in Application Resolution

We are seeking an IT Support Specialist to join our team at Cognizant. This role involves working directly with clients to resolve technical issues and provide top-notch support.
Key Responsibilities:- To collaborate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to identify and resolve technical problems.
- To conduct root cause analysis of incidents to ensure timely resolution.
- To develop solutions for systems under their responsibility and engage with suppliers for third-party package improvements.
- To maintain compliance with legal requirements and system improvements.
- To update environments and track progress on improvement/correction deploys.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Advanced English language proficiency.
- Background with Level 3 support experience.
- Strong programming skills in Java, Python, or .Net for debugging and maintenance.
- Proficiency in SQL.
- Familiarity with ITIL methodology.
