About the Role


We are seeking a highly motivated Enterprise Growth Specialist to join our team in São Paulo. This role will be responsible for driving business growth by acquiring new enterprise merchants.



Salary:


$120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.



Job Description


The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and be able to articulate Adyen's functions and benefits to external audiences. They will work closely with mid-level to senior executives at interested businesses to successfully negotiate and close deals.



Required Skills and Qualifications


* Payments industry or affiliated partner experience* Proven experience in an enterprise sales role selling complex solutions* Strong analytical, strategic negotiation, and communication skills* Ability to execute, manage time-sensitive tasks in a fast-paced environment* At least 5 years of prior experience in a sales hunter role selling complex enterprise software, technical infrastructure, or financial services
