We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analytics Specialist to drive revenue growth and enhance customer value through advanced pricing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and implement predictive models for pricing decisions, demand forecasting, and revenue optimization using machine learning and statistical techniques.
- Lead data exploration and wrangling efforts for large datasets related to bookings, customer behavior, inventory management, pricing, promotions, and competitive dynamics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define modeling requirements and ensure solutions align with business objectives.
- Apply pricing science and economics concepts to improve segmentation, elasticity estimation, and inventory control decisions.
- Develop and maintain simulation tools and pricing engines that operationalize models in real-time or batch environments.
- Work closely with data engineers to define data requirements and ensure model-ready pipelines.
- Document methodologies, assumptions, and model limitations clearly for technical and business stakeholders.
- Guide data developers to ensure data accuracy and usability for data science projects.
- Provide executive-level summaries, visualizations, and recommendations for senior leadership.
- Stay current on data science best practices and emerging tools.
- Bachelor's Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a data science or quantitative role, preferably with exposure to pricing, forecasting, or optimization.
