
Sales Growth Leader

Rapid revenue growth is driven through new client acquisitions and supporting our physician group RCM.
Responsibilities- Develop a sales strategy aligned with company objectives to build brand awareness and drive new revenue within assigned geography.
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly and annual goals as assigned.
- Forecast attainment on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
- Document sales activity through CRM automation tool.
- Assess areas of personal and professional development for greater individual and team sales success.
- Possess a strong presence with physician group leadership and C-suite executives.
- Collaborate in team selling environment to identify, pursue and capture new client relationships.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Minimum 10 years proven success selling RCM or management services to provider organizations.
- 2+ years account management, client success management and/or revenue cycle operations consulting experience working with Vice President and Director-level partners.
- Healthcare experience working with Physician provider organizations.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office including basic Excel functions and CRM application use.
- Ability to travel up to 50%.
