
Head of Partnerships and Business Development

As a Strategic Partner Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in identifying and developing business opportunities with key partners. Your primary focus will be on building and maintaining strong relationships with these partners, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive growth and innovation.
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team and contribute to the development of our payments platform. You will have the opportunity to work closely with senior management, product, engineering, legal, and sales teams to drive business development strategies and key issues.
Responsibilities:
- Drive cross-functional engagement with teams including strategy, finance, product, engineering, marketing, and operations to deliver key product area objectives
- Develop and manage direct relationships with key partners across payment and digital wallet ecosystems on core Google payments initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional leadership to establish strategy and execution for specific product verticals, including the development of go-to-market documentation in collaboration with key internal stakeholders
- Develop, negotiate, and execute term sheets and contracts with partners, often under time pressure
- Identify and maintain pipelines and tracking documents, communicate key updates to leadership and cross-functional teams
