We are seeking a strategic leader to head our business development initiatives, focusing on building and managing key partnerships.
This role requires a strong understanding of the corporate wellness landscape and the ability to develop effective strategies to drive engagement and revenue growth.
- Develop and execute plans to measure and boost partnership engagement.
- Support the creation of special projects aimed at enhancing efficiency and local performance.
- Conduct thorough analyses to inform key business decisions and support major company negotiations.
- Perform competitive analysis and design tactical plans to protect and strengthen our partner network.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading a diverse team of executives, ensuring service coverage that maximizes our value proposition for partners.
- Establishing strong relationships with key partners to optimize margins and ensure financial sustainability.
Requirements:
- Solid experience in Key Account Management or a related field.
- Proficient in English; Spanish is an asset.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends, derive insights, and drive strategic decisions.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly proactive and self-driven, with a knack for seeking information and solving complex challenges.
