IT Support Development Intern

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to fill the role of Product Support Intern.
- As a member of our team, you will assist in resolving customer challenges by analyzing and troubleshooting known issues.
- You will research and provide solutions using knowledge base articles (KBAs), documentation, and configuration reviews.
- Additionally, you will create and update KBAs to share knowledge and collaborate with peers through forums and team discussions.
- Participation in training sessions, mentoring, and self-paced learning is essential for building your technical and business expertise.
- In cases where necessary, you will escalate technical issues to development teams.
- You will also support customers via real-time communication channels.
About the Role
This position requires someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and remains curious throughout their work.
The ideal candidate is energized by lifelong learning and has a passion for working on meaningful, innovative projects.
We are looking for candidates actively enrolled in an undergraduate program in IT/Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (with at least 2 years remaining before graduation).
A strong command of Advanced English skills – both written and verbal – is required for engaging effectively with global colleagues and customers.
We require interest or ability in troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
Prior work experience is not necessary; you will be supported by a mentor and training resources.
Nice to have:
- Familiarity with databases (PostgreSQL, CoreSQL, MSSQL)
- Understanding of business or ERP processes
- Knowledge of UI frameworks (e.g., HTML5, CSS, JavaScript)
