Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Rcs Product Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing timely and accurate answers to clients' technical questions and issues. This is a virtual role, and you will work closely with our team to troubleshoot problems and provide solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and other communication channels
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide solutions
• Collaborate with our team to resolve technical issues and improve system performance
• Document interactions with clients and provide feedback to the team
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technology and software developments
Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience in a technical support role
• Strong knowledge of radio industry technologies and software
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
