Job Title: Consumer Engagement Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Consumer Engagement Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for coordinating marketing initiatives and projects for the Can-Am brand in Brazil.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to deploy the full funnel 360º go-to-market plan in the region, including paid media, earned media, owned media, and trade shows.
  • Coordinate all marketing activities related to the Can-Am brand in Brazil, from planning to execution.
  • Collaborate with external agency partners to ensure effective execution on marketing initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field, with at least 5 years of full-time professional experience.
  • Fluent English language skills (written and spoken).
  • Advanced abilities with MS PowerPoint and MS Excel.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and collaborative spirit.
  • Attention to details and rigorous execution.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
