We are looking for talented individuals to join our Graduate Program, a comprehensive two-year development program designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in your career.
Program OverviewThe Graduate Program is a hands-on learning experience that offers you the opportunity to work on real-world projects, collaborate with experienced professionals, and develop your analytical and problem-solving skills. You will be actively integrated into the day-to-day activities of your teams, working on meaningful projects with three individually designed assignments, including one eight-month assignment abroad.
A mentor will be assigned to support you in reaching your individual career goals and network with peers and business leaders. You'll also have access to resources to help you grow, including training programs, workshops, and conferences.
Key Responsibilities- Supporting with preparing annual budget and monthly forecasts, with presentations to management for review and approval.
- Supporting with financial analysis and reporting, including regular reports out of the financial performance.
- Developing and implementing processes to improve the quality of financial operations.
- Collecting and preparing data to analyze global financial value flows.
- Identifying and prioritizing business use cases within an international team to guarantee efficient solutions for our business users.
To be considered for this program, you must possess:
- High analytic skills in financial KPIs.
- Ideal experience in the digitization of controlling processes and initial experience in the use of digitization tools (e.g. Alteryx).
- Significant practical work experience up to 36 months including knowledge from internships, working student activities or employment.
- A master's degree, doctoral degree, or equivalent in Finance, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science or comparable.
- Minimum of 3 months of international experience gained through studying or working.
- Excellent English skills to work in a multi-cultural environment and be flexible and mobile during the program.
