Role Overview

We are seeking a Technical Business Development Representative (BDR) focused on Market Growth to drive expansion through resellers, referral partners, and strategic alliances.

  2. Develop and manage reseller and strategic referral partnerships across North America.
  3. Recruit, onboard, and build strong relationships with partners such as resellers, brokers, associations, and management companies.
  4. Lead technical discussions with partners regarding integrations, system compatibility, and product workflows.
  5. Assist partners with product demos, including basic explanation of RoverPass platform functionalities and integration options.
  6. Drive market growth by focusing on partner acquisition and live park conversions.
  7. Work closely with partners to ensure parks successfully go live and actively use RoverPass.
  8. Track, report, and optimize partner performance through CRM tools and sales analytics.
  9. Manage partner commission reporting in collaboration with the Finance team.
  10. Collaborate with the Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless park onboarding and partner satisfaction.
