About this role:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with external organizations, including shopping malls, local businesses, and industry associations.
- Identify and cultivate new partnership opportunities that align with regional goals and brand values.
- Act as the primary point of contact and ambassador for our organization in regional interactions, ensuring consistent messaging and positive representation.
Key Responsibilities:
Event Planning & Execution:- Design, plan, and execute diverse events, activations, and promotional projects, often in collaboration with other partners.
- Oversee logistical aspects of events, including venue selection, vendor coordination, staffing, permits, and materials.
- Ensure all events are meticulously organized, on-brand, and deliver an exceptional experience for attendees and partners.
- Manage and track budgets for all events and partnership initiatives, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial guidelines.
- Negotiate contracts with vendors and partners to secure favorable terms and maximize ROI.
- Provide regular financial reporting and analysis on event expenditures.
- Represent our organization at regional industry events, meetings, and community gatherings, networking effectively to enhance brand perception and uncover new opportunities.
- Develop and deliver compelling presentations about our initiatives to various external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal marketing and communications teams to ensure consistent messaging and promotion of regional activities.
- Lead and manage complex projects involving multiple internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope.
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks, and implement solutions to challenges that arise during planning or execution.
