
Business Growth Director

We are seeking a seasoned Sales Director to lead our Partner Sales team in São Paulo, Brazil. As a key member of our growth strategy, you will be responsible for building and managing a high-performing partner portfolio, driving revenue growth, and maximizing Wellhub's value proposition for our partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic plans to build strong relationships with gym partners, drive engagement, and strengthen our market position.
- Lead a diverse team of executives, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure exceptional performance and career growth.
- Conduct competitive analyses and design tactical plans to protect and strengthen our gym network, ensuring long-term sustainability and profitability.
- Negotiate strategic deals that optimize our margins and enhance our financial performance.
Requirements
- A proven track record of success in Key Account Management or a related field, with experience in sales leadership and business development.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify trends, derive insights, and drive strategic decisions.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Highly proactive and self-driven, with a knack for seeking information, solving complex challenges, gathering resources, and achieving results in demanding environments.
- A collaborative team player, able to work seamlessly across diverse functions, backgrounds, and working styles.
