Como Senior Sales Consultant, suas responsabilidades incluirão:

Procurar novos clientes para a Klavi, gerenciando todo o processo de vendas, desde a prospecção até o fechamento, e desenvolvendo sua própria carteira de clientes.

Requisitos para a posição:

  • Experiência mínima de 2 anos em empresas focadas em inteligência de dados e analytics, como bureaus de crédito;
  • Experiência em vendas de soluções para os seguintes segmentos:
    • Instituições financeiras;
    • Varejo financeiro;
    • Fintechs;
    • Super Apps.

Suas atividades diárias incluirão:

  • Realizar a descoberta de casos de uso com os clientes;
  • Atender a clientes como fintechs, instituições financeiras, bancos de médio porte e varejistas;
  • Identificar necessidades específicas para a adaptação de nossas soluções;
  • Colaborar com a equipe de produtos para aprimorar as soluções oferecidas;
  • Buscar novos contatos em diferentes áreas dentro das organizações clientes;
  • Participar de negociações complexas.

Qualificações necessárias:

  • Experiência em atendimento a clientes do setor financeiro (fintechs, bancos de médio porte e varejo);
  • Histórico comprovado em vendas de serviços de inteligência de dados;
  • Capacidade de realizar descobertas de necessidades junto aos clientes;
  • Habilidade em conduzir conversas complexas;
  • Capacidade de negociar prioridades com as equipes de produtos e operações;
  • Familiaridade com CRM e gestão de funil de vendas;
  • Inglês em nível intermediário.
