We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to grow small, medium, and large-sized business owners through industry-leading solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and pursue new prospects based in Brazil, operating in the financial services, payments, banking, and retail industries.
- Collaborate with branch managers and staff of assigned banks or partners to build relationships and educate business owners about FIS products and services.
- Develop and implement targeted strategies to acquire new customers, expand existing relationships, and drive revenue growth.
- Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and retention by delivering tailored solutions and personalized support.
- Fluency in Portuguese and English, both verbal and written.
- 8+ years of sales experience, including research, needs assessment, solution recommendation, problem-solving, and customer retention.
- In-depth knowledge of Brazil's payments ecosystem, banking ecosystem, and financial solutions.
- A proven track record of new business solution selling, ideally within financial services, payments, banking, or similar industries such as financial software solutions or technology.
