Responsibilities:

  • Provide end-user support experience with a minimum of 3-4 years of experience in troubleshooting hardware, software, and operating system issues.
  • Manage customer relationships and communicate effectively with customers at different levels.
  • Work independently and as part of a team to resolve technical issues.
  • Perform hardware troubleshooting and repair, including installing and troubleshooting hardware issues for laptops, desktops, printers, and accessories.
  • Have basic knowledge of enterprise LAN, WAN, Server setups, and concepts.
  • Ability to lift and move computer equipment weighing up to 50Lbs.
  • Assist with conference room A/V equipment and troubleshoot basic VOIP phone configuration and troubleshooting.
  • Provide technical support for installing and troubleshooting operating systems (Win 7/ Win 10 / MAC / Linux).
  • Experience with Anti-spyware and Anti-virus software.
  • Knowledge of TCP/IP networking, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and RDP working principles.
  • Basic understanding of mail configuration and troubleshooting of Mobile Device Management system (Airwatch / Xenmobile / Mobile iron etc).
  • Basic understanding and troubleshooting for VDI, SCCM / LanDesk / Altris.
  • Basic configuration and troubleshooting of Apple machines / mobile devices.
  • Contribute to creating KB articles and ensure all SRQs, Incidents are addressed within stipulated SLA timelines.
  • Knowledge and experience of ticketing tools (ServiceNow / Remedy etc.).
