As a key partner in the automation and streamlining of operations across asset classes, our team plays a critical role in ensuring the reliability and performance of our products.
The Role- As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be a key point of contact for our client base, working alongside our global team to support and grow our business by delivering technical application support and integration expertise.
- You will partner with Pre-Sales to engage prospective clients and demonstrate our value, focusing on supporting a broad range of ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) workflows between our systems and client systems.
- Your role is two-fold: to ensure stable, secure workflows and to build trusted client partnerships, acting as the voice of the client to collaborate with Product Managers, Business Leads, and Engineers to shape our offerings based on real-world feedback and market dynamics.
- Passion for technology and a commitment to delivering an exceptional client experience.
- Ability to solve complex problems, navigate change, and step up to new challenges.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, engaging both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Bilingual fluency in Portuguese and English.
- 4+ years in technical support or implementation roles for electronic trading systems.

- Familiarity with Fixed Income, FX, and/or Equities workflows, including regulations like MiFID and SFTR.
- Hands-on experience with message protocols such as FIX, SFTP, or MQ.
